We're here to help!
We want you (and your kids!) to be thrilled with MyMayu products. If for any reason you are not happy with an item that you have purchased on www.MyMayu.com, just contact us at service@MyMayu.com and we'll do our best to help you out.
Items that have not been worn outside or gotten wet or dirty can be returned with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. Items must arrive in our warehouse within those 60 days. We do not accept returns of products worn outside or are in a state making them unsaleable. No exceptions. We recommend that you try the boots on and give them a spin indoors so that if there are problems with fit etc you can return them within the 60 period. Unauthorized returns of unworn items after the 60 period are not accepted. Please contact us if you have any questions, thank you!***
If you believe that there is a manufacturer's defect in the product(s) that you have ordered, please review our Warranty procedure here.
If you have purchased one of our products at a local retail store, please visit that retailer first, as their return and exchange policy will apply. If they can’t help you, send us an email to service@MyMayu.com and we’ll do our best to take care of you.
***Please note that Clearance and Outlet Items are sold "AS IS" and are final sales. There are no exchanges or returns on Clearance items, Outlet items or any item with a price ending in .99. Customers who return Outlet or Clearance items to MyMayu without prior approval from our service team will not be provided with a refund for the Clearance or Outlet items. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation!
In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
Exchanges and Returns Within Canada
If you have purchased one of our products from www.MyMayu.ca or www.MyMayu.com and live within Canada, we recommend that you send your item back to us by way of regular mail with Canada Post and confirm that the parcel is tracked all the way back to us. We cannot accept any packages sent COD.
For returns, once we have processed a return of an item, we will happily credit your original method of payment for the total purchase price (cost of item and applicable taxes). Shipping fees are non refundable.
We do not accept exchanges by mail. The easiest and most expedient way to get new boots is to return your initial order by mail for a refund and then place a new order online for another style or size.
Please note that, unless defective, items sent back to MYMAYU for return must be clean (liners clean, but unwashed) and in original packaging. Items may not be worn outside prior to return. With prior authorization from MYMAYU, unworn items sent back to us for return after the 60 day period or due to wrong fit may be eligible for store credit and will incur a restocking fee.
Orders sent back to us due to an incomplete or erroneous address provided by the customer at the time of checkout will incur a restocking fee of $5 per order.
