Sizing & Care
Ordering footwear online should be easy. That's why we have made it simple to figure out what size of our Boots will fit your child. Simply measure the length of your child's foot as shown below and then look on our sizing chart to see which boot fits! The size length means that your child's feet should measure less than that length. For example, if your child's feet are 17 cm (6.7) long, you should probably size up to 11/12. This will allow space for liners and room to grow. **** Make sure that your child is standing with full weight (feet side by side, shoulder width apart) and make sure he/she is wearing a thick sock when you measure to ensure the most accurate measurement possible.
If you plan on using Helios liners frequently and love the Muddy Munchkins or Explorer boots, buying a size larger might be best (especially with the big kids sizes), depending on the length of your child's foot. For example, if your child's foot measures 7 inches (17.5 cm) your child can wear a size 11/12 (EU 29/30) boot. If you think your child will wear a Helios Liner with the boots more often than not, it might be best to move up to size 13 and you'll be sure to get great wear out of them! OR if your child's foot measures 5.6 inches (14 cm) buying a size 7/8 boot is best, even if your child will be wearing the Liners a lot, as there is still quite a bit of room to grow! Our Trekker and Wanderer boots are a bit wider so there is not likely any need to size up if you plan to use Helios liners a lot. With Traveller boots, it is usually safer to size up if you plan on using the liners a lot.

Sizing Chart- Wrist Gaiters
When considering which size of MyMayu Wrist Gaiters to buy for your child, we suggest that you measure your child's hand, wrist and forearm according to the chart below for the best fit.
Also, keep in mind that if your child is wearing gloves or mittens that are too large for him/her (hand-me-downs are awesome, but sometimes they affect the fit of other gear ;-), you'll probably want to go up a size. For example, a 5 year old boy wearing Toddler M sized mittens that fit his hands perfectly is able to use a size M MyMayu Wrist Gaiter. Wearing a larger sized mitten would require he move up to a size Large Wrist Gaiter.

MyMayu products are designed for busy parents and adventurous kids. With this in mind, our products are easy to care for. Check out our Care Guide!
No time to read the guide? In a nutshell...
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR CHILD IS NOT STEPPING ON THE BACK OF THE BOOTS/HEEL TO REMOVE THEM. Removing them in this way weakens the materials and can cause additional stress/wear and tear. They are meant to be taken off with your child's hands.
For longer life, we recommend spot cleaning MYMAYU boots with a damp cloth or brushing when dry. However, they can be hand washed by soaking in gentle detergent. They are quick-drying, so DO NOT put them in the dryer! To extend the wear of the textile upper, it is best to spray the boots once a month (depending on usage) with our non-toxic Textile Spray.
Helios fleece liners can be washed and dried with similar colours. We recommend a gentle detergent and cold water, to keep colours fresh and the fibers their strongest.
Wrist Gaiters can be washed and laid flat to dry or tumbled dry on low.To extend the "waterproofness" of the textile on the Wrist Gaiters, it is best to make sure to brush clean when dry after every use and spray them once in a while with our non-toxic Textile Spray.
